Try Before You Buy

All the bikes we sell are pretty darn awesome, but the best bike for you is the one that best fits your body, your riding style, and your goals. Our demo process is designed with exactly that in mind - we want to know that the bike you're buying is the right bike for YOU. We understand that bigger bike purchases sometimes require more than a ride around the block. The right fit, feel and decision sometimes justifies a demo. Often, all it takes is a good climb on the ride you've done 100 times before to solidify your decision is the right one.

Demo bikes are not rentals. They are not for racing or hammering on. Each bike is maintained in like-new condition and the program is in place to allow customers to try bikes before purchase.
You are 100% responsible for demo bikes in your possession, including damage or theft
Demo riders must pick up bikes in person and sign the LBC Rental/Demo Agreement & Waiver
A valid Drivers License is required at time of demo pickup
A deposit (by credit card) is required at the time of pick-up, in addition to demo fees
Address associated with credit card must be the same as the address entered for contact in the Agreement & Waiver form
Bikes may require up to 1 week to prepare for demo. Availability is dependent upon demand. Not all bikes are available for demo
Demo reservation dates are firm; we are unable to accommodate early pickup or late drop off requests
Reservation refunds include deposit fees only; demo fees are non-refundable but do apply to a reschedule date if cancelled 48hrs prior
In the case of severe weather where Boulder County closes local trailheads, a reschedule date applies
Our rates include a single day demo, a mid-week demo, and a weekend demo
All demo fees can be credited towards the purchase of a new Full Suspension bike (within 1 month of your demo)
Maximum deposit for demo program not to exceed 50% of retail MSRP of equipment
Pedals, helmet, a lock and a flat repair kit are provided with demos. Hitch mounted car racks and truck pads available for rent.

It starts with a consultation. We'll discuss your riding style, then the bikes we think would be a good fit for you. We'll go over component specs, best models to suit your needs, sizes & fit, etc.

Hit Dirt & Demo

Next, you get to take a sweet bike and hit the dirt. There's always one big question when deliberating prior to these kinds of purchases - "But how does it ride?" Lucky you, you're about to find out...

Decide & Ride

Once you've had the opportunity to demo kick-ass bikes, it's safe to say you'll have found a favorite. When you decide which one to take home, we'll put all demo fees towards your new bike.
