Department Store Bicycle Service Notice
* Please Note: We can only work on bicycle brands that were originally sold through bike shops, not department store brands sold through big box stores (Target, Walmart, Dicks, etc). This policy is for liability, safety, and part compatibility. This includes flat repair service, as well.
Appointments
Appointments are NOT currently needed for non urgent tune-ups & repairs, flat tire fixes or shopping bikes and accessories. Appointments are only needed for time sensitive tune-ups & repairs. If you are looking to schedule service for time sensitive tunes or repairs, please do so by clicking the "Schedule Appointment" link.
If you don't see a date/time in the scheduler that works for you, feel free to call the shop at 303-834-9994; we may be able to find a better fit for you.
Tune-Ups & Repairs (Non Urgent)

Feel free to bring your bike in anytime that we are open. We'll get your bike into our work order que with the goal of getting the bike back to you as soon as we can.
Our "out of season" turnaround time (October-March) is generally 1-2 business days, and our "in season" turnaround time (April-September) is typically 3-7 business days.
If you are in a time crunch and need your bike back faster, please see our "Time Sensitive Tune-Ups & Repairs" option.
When NOT under a time crunch, just come on in.

Time Sensitive Tunes/Repairs

On a tight schedule? Have a trip or race planned? Or just can't imagine not being able to ride your bike for a few days?
If any of these are you, then please schedule an appointment and we'll do everything we can to get your bike back to you within 24-48 hours.
We'll hold a spot for you in our work order que and do our best to have you back riding as quickly as possible.
Scheduling an appointment is only necessary for time sensitive tune-ups and repairs. If you are not under a time constraint, please just stop in during shop hours with your bike.
Flat Fixes & Minor Adjustments

Come in anytime during shop hours for flat tire fixes & minor adjustments. This type of service is typically available on the spot.
Note: Saturdays are our busiest days. While we do fix flats on Saturdays, weekdays are better if you'd like faster service.
Turnaround times depend on how busy the shop is when you arrive. You'll typically wait no more than 30 minutes, but again...it depends on how busy we are when you come in. We'll do our best to get you back on your bike as soon as possible.

Come in anytime during shop hours to peruse bikes and accessories.
You can also search available stock on this website as well. Inventory that shows as "In Store" means that item is at our shop; "In Warehouse" inventory means it is in our warehouse and if ordered, will be shipped to our store.
Don't see what you're looking for? Items that don't show up, are likely "temporarily" out of stock, meaning they'll be replenished soon. New and replenished stock arrive weekly so just ask if you don't see what you're looking for.
