If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days, in new condition, and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Online & Phone Orders
Orders placed online will be processed in 1-2 business days. We will do our best to let you know if your order is delayed for any reason. Longmont Bicycle & Coffee Co. has the right to cancel an order that appears fraudulent. When ordering online the billing address and shipping address must be the same. Our online inventory updates every 12 hours. Feel free to call our store to check availability of any item before you place an order.

We will text, email or call you when your order is ready for pickup. If you would like us to bring the product out to you when you arrive to our shop, call us after parking in the lot directly behind our store; we are also currently offering curbside pickup.
Free In-Store & Curb-Side Pickup
Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Shipping & Delivery Options
Shipping options are available for apparel and accessory items. In-store & curbside pickup is available for all items, including bikes. Local delivery options are available for bikes. Bikes are not available for shipping, they are only available for in-store pickup, curbside pickup & local delivery. Local delivery is currently for Longmont only.
Orders usually ship within one business day of being placed. Next-day (overnight) orders are usually delivered by the end of the following day. Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight. Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S. If you would like us to ship your order to you, please call to communicate that the order you just placed online is to be shipped. We will get all necessary info from you when you call.

If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please include a copy of your receipt. Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging that includes all packaging and/or tags for a refund. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective or is a Bontrager item. We will refund shipping costs on damaged, incorrect or defective merchandise. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels. Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or email.

And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. And yes...we price match other local brick and mortar, independently owned, stores for identical product. Show us what you saw and we'll look into it.
Out of stock or unavailable items can occasionally and unexpectedly happen and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped.
Warranty & Crash Replacement Claims
Bike manufacturers’ have unique warranty policies. Our service department does not approve or deny manufacturer warranty claims; they are either approved or denied by the individual manufacturer. Original proof of purchase must be provided in order for us to file a warranty claim. We only submit claims to manufacturers for whom we are an authorized dealer. Warranty claim filing fees and shop labor rates will apply to bikes not purchased at Longmont Bicycle & Coffee Co. Shipping charges apply for all parts or complete bikes that must be returned to the manufacturer. Warranty vs Crash Replacement: If a manufacturer determines that your bicycle frame or part was free from original defect and therefore unwarrantable, they may extend the opportunity to purchase a “crash replacement” frame or part. Crash replacement availability and pricing is determined by the manufacturer, not by our service department.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
